Perfect fall meal in less than 5 minutes:
Cut mushrooms in little pieces, heat up your pan and drizzle a little bit of olive oil in it. Throw mushrooms in it and sauté them for a minute or two. Add two eggs and mix allthogether. Cut parsley and serve it with the dish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
